We have created an innovative service concept that combines physical and digital worlds seamlessly together. We bring bike servicing to your neighborhood and let you book service appointments online at your convenience.
You can choose from monthly service plans or pay as you go. Check out where our vans will be, drop off your bike and let us take care of the rest. You’ll receive a notification when your bike service is done. We promise to have your bike serviced the very same day. Our MyYeply app keeps your service records and notifies you when the next service is due.
Yeply has partnerships with the best eCommerce bike brands in the world and offers their customers world class bike maintenance services German wide. Yeply is growing fast and to support our growth we are now seeking for a new key role for our UK operations.
As a Country Manager you would be responsible for the whole operations of the Yeply UK Ltd. That means ensuring that the daily business runs, we meet the plans and budgets, we keep on growing into new cities, and develop ourselves and the company.
Our teams in future are going to be spreader around UK so the position will require travelling inside UK. Also, occasional travels to other countries are needed.
Main responsibilities
- Budget, revenue and profit/loss responsibility for Yeply UK Ltd
- Expansion planning and execution together with the local team and Finnish team
- Developing and implementing internal processes
- Financials, legals
- HR and recruitments - ensuring that our current team is in top shape and that we recruit the top talent to enable our ambitious growth plans
- Pushing new innovative concepts into the UK market together with the local team
- Hunting new partnerships together with the local team
Requirements
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Minimum 5 years of executive business experience in the UK market (CEO or similar business P&L responsibility)
- Minimum 10 years of business experience from different geographical areas of UK (can be sales etc.)
- Service market experience (a business that is labor intensive)
- Proven track record of company growth
- Proven track record of getting your teams on fire
- Startup experience is an advantage
- No need for experience from bicycle market

Compensation
Compensation model is based on a fixed monthly salary, yearly bonuses based on performance and a share option program.
